How to find your electrical usage history.

Choose a link below or open another window and go to your electrical company's website. If you have not registered your account on-line click on the link below and register. Its easy.

1. Login to your account.
2. On the right side of the page under "Account Options" click on "Usage History". A graph will appear.
3. Above the graph click on "Supporting details".
4. A window will appear with your usage history.
5. Right click inside of window and click on "Select All" from menu box.
6. Hold the Control (Ctrl) key down and press the "C" key.
7. Return to the request form and click inside the "History Usage" text box.
8. Hold the Control (Ctrl) key down and press the "V" key. You're usage history will appear in the text box.
9. Finish the request form and click the "Submit Request" button. Don't forget to log-out from APS and close the usage history box and the APS window when finished.

Instructions for SRP

1. Login to your account.
2. On the left side of the page under "MyAccount options" click "Payment & usage history" A chart will apear.
3. Above the chart select "usage". A new chart will appear.
4. Move the cursor over the word "bill" above the left side of the chart.
5. Left click and hold down the mouse button.
6. Drag the cursor down to the bottom right side of the chart and stop when the last word "view" is highlighted.
7. Hold the Control (Ctrl) key down and press the "C" key.
8. Return to the request form and click inside the "History Usage" text box.
9. Hold the Control (Ctrl) key down and press the "V" key. Your usage history will appear in the text box.
10. Finish the request form and click the "Submit Request" button. Don't forget to log-out from SRP and close the window when finished.
